Privacy Policy — Skins

This policy explains what data the “Skins” app (“we”, “the app”) collects and how we use and share it. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Account info: if you optionally sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier and email to create your in-app profile.
• In-app usage data: your points, progress, competition and game results, stored on Google Firebase.
• Advertising ID: we show ads via Google AdMob, which may collect your device’s Advertising ID to serve and measure ads.
• Analytics: we use Firebase Analytics to collect general usage data to improve the app.
• Notification token: Firebase Cloud Messaging uses a device token to send notifications.

2. How we use data

• Run the app, save your progress and points, and manage the weekly challenge.
• Show and measure ads (via AdMob).
• Improve the app and understand usage (via Analytics).
• Send app-related notifications.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with Google service providers that power these features:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics, messaging).
• Google AdMob (ads) — the Advertising ID is shared for advertising purposes.
• Google Play Services.

4. Ads consent (EEA/UK users)

For users where required by law (EEA/UK), we show a consent (UMP) dialog before requesting ads and do not request personalized ads without consent.

5. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

6. Your rights

You may request deletion of your data or account by emailing us below. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings, and control ads consent from within the app.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and progress data while your account is active. When you request deletion, we remove your associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

8. Data security

Data is stored on Google Firebase's secure infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. While we take reasonable measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Third-party services

The app relies on Google services: Firebase (auth/database/analytics/messaging), AdMob (ads), and Google Play Services, each governed by Google's privacy policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
